In all of our item listings, we try to be as clear as possible about the details of the item, describing fabrics used, colors, and inner structure. Our listings include photographs that are well lit, and are taken from a variety of angles to give you the impression of holding the item in your hand.
In our policies, we hope to give you as much information as we can about how the business is run. We have provided information about payment, shipping, and refunds. So read them through, and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
Payment
Our online store accepts all major credit cards, and PayPal.
Shipment
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY: For most shipments, we use USPS priority mail, which includes a tracking number. Current domestic shipping charges are based on price and shipping destination.
Return Policy
Olga Henry will be happy to assist customers with returns or exchanges, within 14 days of delivery date for a refund of the purchase price less packaging/shipping fees paid. Item must be in new/un-used condition to qualify.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Returning or exchanging a product, we recommend customers to:
Ship package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance .
Include a copy of proof of purchase.
Olga Henry is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Please note:
If customer received "free shipping" on an item that is returned, the refund will be less the actual shipping/packaging cost incurred.
Shipping Upgrades or Fees for "rush orders" are non-refundable.
Customized or altered items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
